The hit series Nashville is going live during it’s Season 3 premiere!

Back in April, Nashville aired a special for the fans called “On the Record” which followed the life of original songs performed on Nashville written by singer/songwriters in the music scene, from the songs’ inception to on-air premiere. The series offered an intimate look into the songwriting process, from guitar demo to music video and all the steps in between.

Entertainment Tonight has reported Nashville’s return on September 24th will be a live musical event.  ET states:

chris-carmack-nashville“The unprecedented episode will feature two live performances from some of your favorite Music City characters, and get this—they will truly be live. Fans on the east and central coasts will enjoy the first set of unique live renditions, and then when it comes time for the west coast to join in on the country music fun, the Nashville stars will perform live for a second time.

The performances, which will be broadcast directly from the Bluebird Café set, will feature Will Lexington (Chris Carmack) singing “If It’s Love” written by The Striking Matches, and the second by Deacon Claybourne (Charles Esten) singing “I Know How To Love You Now,” co-written by Esten and Deana Carter.”

The music of this show continues to amaze me (being a big fan of country music).  I think fans will really appreciate and enjoy what is to come on Nashville including the special live event.  Save the date and watch the return of Nashville on September 24th on ABC.
